William P. Tooke’s practice emphasizes complex business litigation and business-related disputes, including business dissolution, breach of contract and business torts, such as fraud, unfair competition and interference with contract. Bill’s practice areas include real estate, landlord-tenant law, land use, commercial law, insurance, trade secrets and employment law.

Bill received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1987.

He received his J.D. in 1991 from the University of Southern California, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class, was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Prior to joining the firm, Bill was a partner at Mundell, Odlum & Haws, LLP in San Bernardino, California.

Bill practices regularly in state and federal courts, and he has extensive experience in both trial and appellate work.

Bill participates in the San Bernardino County Bar Association, a professional society, and is involved in community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Redlands Chapter of Optimists International.
